At River Valley Logistics, LLC, we specialize in temperature-controlled third-party logistics. From our headquarters in Arena, WI - nestled in the beautiful Wisconsin River Valley just 30 miles west of Madison - we offer a wide range of logistics services tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers. 

These include:

• TRUCK LOAD SERVICE: We provide Asset-Based along with Non-Asset-Based Truck Load Service.
• Weekly Refrigeration LTL Service & Consolidation: For orders originating in Wisconsin, Chicago Metro and Southeastern MN  area to all points.
• INBOUND LTL CONSOLIDATION & CROSS DOCKING: Ability to pick up and consolidate vendor pickups in Wisconsin and the Chicago Metro area, as well as cross-dock orders from a single load going to multiple destinations.
• COLD STORAGE: Short- or Long-Term Storage.

The journey of River Valley Logistics began in the late 1990s, when Ray Leslie and Jeremy Koenig—both second-generation truckers—set out on individual paths as owner-operators. With a shared focus on hauling refrigerated products, their paths crossed through mutual connections. Over time, as their customer bases grew, Ray and Jeremy began collaborating, hauling for each other to meet increasing demand.

In 2017, recognizing the opportunity to deliver even greater value to their customers, Ray and Jeremy merged their companies to form River Valley Logistics, LLC. Together, they brought decades of expertise and a shared commitment to exceptional service.

Our mission is clear: to provide innovative, practical, and top-quality logistics, brokerage, and cold storage solutions. We are dedicated to fostering strong, collaborative relationships with our customers, ensuring their success remains our priority. By maintaining a steadfast commitment to service excellence and quality, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the logistics industry.

In 2019, we proudly completed construction of RV Cold Storage, LLC a state-of-the-art facility designed to enhance our service capabilities. As part of our ongoing commitment to innovation and growth, we expanded the facility in June 2023 to include additional cooler space and new offices for operations. These developments are a testament to our forward-thinking approach and dedication to serving our clients’ evolving needs.
